Bowling Green - The return of the 2009 passing game.
Buffalo - For Jeff Quinn to get some semblance of a consistent offense to go along with the aggressive defense.
Kent State - The same pass rush that Doug Martin's teams had, and the offense to improve as expected under new head man Darrell Hazell.
Miami Univ. - The Mike Haywood 2010 season to not be a total fluke and for the new head coach to build on the success.
Ohio - For Frank Solich to finally win a conference championship.
Temple - A meaningful win when the team really, really needs it, and for Steve Addazio to get the program from Point B to Point C.

MAC West
Ball State - For the new Pete Lembo up-tempo offense to actually work.
Central Michigan - For Dan Enos to get a little luck and get the second coming of Dan LeFevour.
Eastern Michigan - Some semblance of a defense and a season with three wins.
Northern Illinois - To not gag in a MAC Championship.
Toledo - For the Tim Beckman offense to start to work so the great record of 2010 becomes MAC Championship-worthy.
Western Michigan - For QB Alex Carder to get a little help around him.

Mountain West

The 7th Annual Christmas/Festivus/Hanukkah gift for all 120 teams this holiday season. To each Mountain West team ...
Air Force - A successful transition from not being good enough to finish in the top two of the old Mountain West to being just good enough to being second behind Boise State on a regular basis.
BYU - That someone who isn't religious gives a hoot about an independent BYU program.
Colorado State - A run defense that doesn't get steamrolled over on a regular basis.
New Mexico - An apology to Rocky Long.
San Diego State - For Brady Hoke to realize that no college football job is worth leaving San Diego.
TCU - To have one more regular season like the last two and for only one BCS team to finish unbeaten.
UNLV - For what has happened in the Vegas program over the last few years to stay in Vegas.
Utah - For the Pac 12 to not think again after the way the Utes stunk it up in the Las Vegas Bowl.
Wyoming - A admittance that the color of the uniforms might be part of the problem.
- The 2010 Holiday Wish List

Pac 10
The 7th Annual Christmas/Festivus/Hanukkah gift for all 120 teams this holiday season. To each Pac 10 team ...
Arizona - A do-over for the entire month of November.
Arizona State - A 2010 game against a bad FBS team instead of Portland State or Northern Arizona.
California - For Jeff Tedford to be Jeff Tedford again he's the next Ralph Friedgen.
Oregon - That Cam smoking gun to finally be unearthed around 3:42 pm PST on January 9th.
Oregon State - For the Civil War to be a real rivalry again.
Stanford - For the top ten recruiting class that's being brought in to get at least two years of Jim Harbaugh's coaching.
UCLA - That Chuck Bullough and Reggie Moore really were the problem.
USC - For Pat Haden to successfully use the Cam Newton "I didn't know" excuse and for the NCAA to realize that it has no real comeback.
Washington - A quarterback as good as Jake Locker's reputation became.
Washington State - For the last few years to be leading up to a big payoff.
- The 2010 Holiday Wish List

The 7th Annual Christmas/Festivus/Hanukkah gift for all 120 teams this holiday season. To each SEC team ...

SEC East
Florida - For Will Muschamp to be half as good as the hype, build-up, and reputation.
Georgia - For the Dawgs to be a shockingly good in 2011 as it was disappointing in 2010.
Kentucky - Another year from the SEC East like this year to give the Cats a fighting chance.
South Carolina - A healthy year from Marcus Lattimore and for Alshon Jeffery to be as good as the expectations will be.
Tennessee - More really bad teams on the slate to fatten up on.
Vanderbilt - For James Franklin to be a "7-5 guy" right away.

SEC West
Alabama - 1) A running game that matches up with the talent level and for 2) the NFL to keep screwing up its labor issues.
Arkansas - That Bobby Petrino is better than Ryan Mallett.
Auburn - Nothing. The NCAA provided an all-timer of a gift.
LSU - For that 10-2 of 2010 to not become a 7-5 2011 when the luck runs out.
Ole Miss - Finally, a gem out of someone else's quarterback garbage can.
Mississippi State - Nothing. The Will Muschamp hiring by Florida, with Dan Mullen still around, was a present enough.

North Texas - For the offense to work like it was supposed to work under Todd Dodge.
Troy - The explosive offense to stay, and the defense of old to return.
Louisiana-Lafayette - More red zone scoring after the O converted a pathetic 72% of its chances.
