Q: How much have Arizona’s last two bowl losses affected the team’s attitude? What’s QB Nick Foles missing before he can become a top-flight national figure?
From James Scheer, WildcatAuthority.com … I don't believe the losses have affected the team too much. Nick Foles is on record as saying they simply tell the team that it needs to get better and adds to the motivation going into the spring.
Foles is missing that one big season or win … besides the Iowa victory. He’s adding WR Dan Buckner, a transfer from Texas, and you’d be hard pressed to find a better core of receivers in the nation. If Foles can lead Arizona to some type of upset this season where he plays well, I think the national attention comes.
The offensive line is easily the biggest storyline. Arizona has to all but replace each piece and it is a complete unknown at this point.
