Q: What, if anything, did the Auburn loss show the Oregon coaching staff that needs to be improved on? How is the team’s attitude now as opposed to last year at this time?

From Stephen Summers, eDuck.com … The Ducks felt they had their opportunities to leave the game against Auburn as the BCS Champions.

The coaching staff believes that they are on the exact right course and that there is no need to make philosophical changes to what they are already doing. The game was far too close for them to scratch their heads and wonder what they could have done differently. This is a very resilient team that quickly recovered from the BCS game and started thinking about the new season the day they returned back to Eugene from Phoenix. (They came directly back to Eugene immediately after the game.)

The Ducks know they are the cream of the crop in the Pac-12.

In practices, I expect to see and hear the same Win-The-Day mantra from Chip Kelly. It won’t be hard as that phrase is plastered all of the practice facility. I also believe what I will see, is what I saw from them last year – the Oregon Ducks believing they are the best team in college football.
