There are more numbers to toss around after week two of the college football season. Handle at your own risk.

FBS-versus-FBS games only; no statistics are pulled from FBS-FCS games unless specified
FBS vs. FBS Games: 46
Home teams’ record: 29-15 in 44 games; 2 neutral field contests
Games decided by 40 or more points: 2 (highest margin: 48 – Texas Tech 58, Texas State 10)
Games decided by 30 to 39 points: 12 (31, 33, 34, 35 points thrice, 37, 38 points thrice, 39 points twice)
Games decided by 20 to 29 points: 5 (21 points twice, 24, 25, 27)
Games decided by 10 to 19 points: 8
Games decided by 1 to 9 points: 19 (4 one-point games)
Overtime games: 3
Four games involved winning scores in the final two minutes: Penn State at Virginia, Purdue at Notre Dame, Rice at Kansas, and South Florida at Nevada.
Three games involved go-ahead fourth-quarter scores outside the final two minutes: Florida won at Texas A&M; Arkansas State nipped Memphis; and Wake Forest edged North Carolina.
In two neutral field games, the Pac-12 defeated the ACC and the Sun Belt defeated the SEC.
FCS teams scored four wins over FBS teams: North Dakota State won at Colorado State; Northern Arizona won at UNLV; Sacramento State won at Colorado; Illinois State won at Eastern Michigan.
The average margin of victory in those four FCS wins: 9 points
All three overtime games from week two were decided in the first overtime. The losing team failed to score in overtime in two of the games (Akron and Utah); Arkansas converted a field goal before giving up a game-winning touchdown to Louisiana-Monroe. In two of the three overtime games, the team that got the ball second in overtime won. Utah got the ball second and lost to Utah State.
Total number of points scored in the three overtime games: 19 in three stanzas. Home teams went 2-0 in overtime games (Arkansas lost in Little Rock, technically a neutral site).
In 14 games between power conference teams and non-power conference teams, power conference teams went 10-4.
There were five FBS games between teams from the various non-power conferences: Akron (MAC) at FIU (Sun Belt); Idaho (WAC) at Bowling Green (MAC); New Mexico St. (WAC) at Ohio (MAC); Memphis (C-USA) at Arkansas State (Sun Belt); and Louisiana Tech (WAC) at Houston (C-USA).

There were eight conference games across the country in week two: Florida at Texas A&M (SEC); North Carolina at Wake Forest (ACC); Florida Atlantic at Middle Tennessee (Sun Belt); Louisiana-Lafayette at Troy (Sun Belt); Georgia at Missouri (SEC); Tulane at Tulsa (C-USA); Auburn at Mississippi State (SEC); and Pittsburgh at Cincinnati (Big East).
Home teams went 5-3 in these games.
