CollegeFootballNews.com 2006 Mountain West Preview All-Mountain West Team & Top 30 Players

ALL-MOUNTAIN WEST OFFENSE

Offensive Player of the Year
QB Brian Johnson, Utah
How's this for waffling? Utah backup quarterback Brett Ratliff could be here if Johnson's knee isn't healthy, or it could be BYU quarterback John Beck. Johnson was becoming a superstar last year when he went down with a torn ACL. He’s expected to be all back full at some point this fall, but he’ll have to battle with Ratliff for the starting job. Johnson is the better player, but his knee has to be 100%.
