Preview 2007

Ultimate Sun Belt Conference Schedule

- Ultimate Conference Schedules
| Big East | Big Ten | Big 12 | CUSA
MAC | MWest | Pac 10 | SEC | WAC

Week 1 - Middle Tennessee at Florida Atlantic
Don’t expect a shootout between two great defenses. First to 14 might win.

Week 2
Middle Tennessee at Louisville.
The Blue Raiders got blasted by the Cardinals last season, but they have the defense to make the Thursday night battle interesting.

Week 3
Florida International at Miami
Highlights of last year’s brawl might be the only thing interesting about the matchup, but the intensity will be there. Watch out for Troy to give Oklahoma State all it can handle on nationally televised Friday night game.

Week 4
Troy at UL Lafayette
Here’s ULL’s chance to make a Sun Belt title statement against the defending champs in the conference opener for both.

Week 5
UL Monroe at Troy
ULM might have the league’s best offense, Troy might have the league’s best defense.

Week 6
Arkansas State at UL Monroe
Call this an elimination game. The loser probably doesn’t have an honest shot at a winning season.

Week 7
UL Lafayette at Arkansas State
The Rajin’ Cajuns need the win to kick off a tough stretch of four road games in five weeks.

Week 8
Arkansas State at Middle Tennessee
If ASU has any dreams of winning the Sun Belt title, it has to beat ULL the week before and pull off the road victory over the Blue Raiders, and then …

Week 9
Troy at Arkansas State
… come up with the nasty victory over the Trojans and their killer defense.

Week 10
Middle Tennessee at UL Monroe
The Blue Raiders will be on letdown alert with the date with UL Lafayette the following week for …

Week 11
UL Lafayette at Middle Tennessee
… the Sun Belt championship. At least it’ll go a long way to deciding the New Orleans Bowl representative until …

Week 12
Middle Tennessee at Troy
… the Blue Raiders and Trojans settle the score between last year’s co-champions in a nationally televised Tuesday night game.

Week 13 - Florida Atlantic at Troy
If FAU progresses like it should over the course of the season, it might be able to pull off the road win if Troy lets down at all after the Middle Tennessee showdown.
