Player of the week

Texas Tech QB Graham Harrell completed 47 of 72 passes fro 420 yards and two touchdowns with two interceptions, and ran 12 yards for a score in the win over Oklahoma.

1. QB Tim Tebow, Soph. Florida
Tebow completed 25 of 34 passes for 338 yards and three touchdowns with an interception, and ran 11 times for 31 yards and a touchdown, in the 59-20 win over Florida Atlantic.

2. QB Chase Daniel, Jr. Missouri
Daniel completed 28 of 41 passes for 284 yards and four touchdowns, and ran for four yards, in the 49-32 win over Kansas State.

3. QB Pat White, Jr. West Virginia
White completed 13 of 19 passes for 140 yards and an interception, and ran 27 times for 155 yards and two scores in the 28-23 win over Cincinnati.

DT Glenn Dorsey, Sr. LSU
Dorsey made two tackles in the 41-24 win over Ole Miss.

QB Todd Reesing, Soph. Kansas
Reesing completed 21 of 26 passes for 253 yards and four touchdowns, and ran for five yards in the 45-7 win over Iowa State.

QB Colt Brennan, Sr. Hawaii
Brennan completed two of two pass for 21 yards in the 28-26 win over Nevada.

RB Matt Forte, RB Tulane
Forte ran 39 times for 194 yards and five touchdowns, and caught a pass for 51 yards in the 45-31 win over Rice.

8. RB Kevin Smith, RB UCF

Smith ran 20 times for 177 yards and two touchdowns in the 49-20 win over SMU.

9. QB Dennis Dixon, Sr. Oregon

Dixon completed 5 of 8 passes for 62 yards with an interception, and ran twice for 34 yards and a touchdown in the loss to Arizona. He tore his ACL in the game and is out for the year.
