Mountain West Player of the Year

Chad Hall, RB Air Force
Part wide receiver, part running back, Hall took over halfway through the season and became a devastating runner with six 100-yard games in his final seven games, with the one non-century mark game a 97-yard, two score day in the loss to New Mexico. He stayed a top receiver, too, catching 46 passes for 488 yards and a touchdown while also returning kicks.

Defensive Player of the Year - Beau Bell, LB UNLV
There might not be a more athletic linebacker in the county. Go out of your way to watch the Rebel star during the NFL combine as the 6-3, 245-pounder has the speed, strength and range to make the scouts drool. He led the Mountain West in tackles and came up with a whopping 79 solo stops to go along with four interceptions and three sacks.
