The weekly race to find who the best player is this college football season.

Player of the week

Oklahoma State WR Dez Bryant caught nine passes for 236 yards and three touchdowns. He also returned three punts for 75 yards and a touchdown in the 56-37 win over Houston.

1. QB Chase Daniel, Sr. Missouri
Daniel completed 16-of-17 passes for 245 yards and three touchdowns in limited work in the 52-3 win over SE Missouri State.

QB Patrick Pinkney, Sr. East Carolina
Pinkney completed 22-of-28 passes for 236 yards and a touchdown in the 24-3 win over West Virginia.


3. QB Sam Bradford, Soph. Oklahoma
Bradford completed 29-of-38 passes for 395 yards and five touchdowns with two interceptions in the 52-26 win over Cincinnati.

Moreno ran 18 times for 168 yards and three touchdowns in the 56-17 win over Central Michigan.
