Player of the week

Oregon State RB Jacquizz Rodgers ran 37 times for 186 yards and two touchdowns and caught two passes for 27 yards in the 27-21 win over USC.

1. QB Colt McCoy, Jr. Texas
McCoy completed 17-of-19 passes for 185 yards and three touchdowns, and he ran nine times for 84 yards and two scores in the win over Arkansas.

Bradford completed
Bradford, 19-of-34 passes for a career-high 411 yards and four touchdowns in the win over TCU. 

3. QB Chase Daniel, Sr. Missouri
Daniel completed 36-of-43 passes for 439 yards and two touchdowns in the 42-21 win over Buffalo. The Tigers play Nebraska this week.

4. RB Javon Ringer, Sr. Michigan State
Ringer ran 44 times for 198 yards and a touchdown, and added two receptions for 20 yards in the win over Indiana.

Hall completed 16-of-27 passes for 189 yards and three touchdowns in the 44-0 win over Wyoming last week. The Cougars play Utah State this week.

6. QB Graham Harrell, Sr. Texas Tech
Harrell completed 27-of-34 passes for 322 yards and four touchdowns in the 56-14 win over UMass last week. The Red Raiders play Kansas State this week.


7. QB David Johnson, Sr. Tulsa
Johnson completed 18-of-24 passes for 286 yards and four touchdowns with two interceptions in the win over Central Arkansas.

Maclin caught 14 passes for 168 yards and rushed twice for 25 yards and a touchdown in the 42-21 win over Buffalo last week. The Tigers play Nebraska this week..

Scott ran 27 times for 141 yards and two touchdowns in the win over Mississippi State

... Rice QB Chase Clement completed 22-of-28 passes for 298 yards and five touchdown, and ran ten times for 69 yards and two scores, and Jarett Dillard caught eight passes for 114 yards and four touchdowns in the 77-20 win over North Texas. The two have combined for 42 career touchdowns, a new NCAA record for a QB-WR duo, breaking the mark held by the former Louisiana Tech combination of Tim Rattay and Troy Edwards.
