Player of the week

West Virginia QB Pat White ran 21 times for 200 yards and three touchdowns, and he completed 6-of-11 passes for 122 yards and two scores in the win over Louisville. White set the D-I record for the most career rushing yards by a quarterback (4,292).

1. QB Sam Bradford, Soph. Oklahoma
Bradford completed
14-of-19 passes for 304 yards and three touchdowns in the 65-21 win over Texas Tech.

QB Colt McCoy, Jr. Texas
McCoy completed 24-of-34 passes for 255 yards and two touchdowns, and he ran 16 times for 78 yards and a score in the 35-7 win over Kansas two weeks ago. He faces Kansas this week.

3. QB Tim Tebow, Jr. Florida
Tebow completed 9-of-11 passes for 201 yards and three touchdowns and hr ran twice for 34 yards in the 70-19 win over Citadel.

4. QB Graham Harrell, Sr. Texas Tech
Harrell completed 33-of-55 passes for 361 yards and three touchdowns with an interception in the 65-21 loss to Oklahoma

Greene ran 22 times for 144 yards and two touchdowns in the 55-0 win over Minnesota.

QB Brian Johnson, Sr. Utah
Johnson completed 30-of-36 passes for 303 yards and four touchdowns, and he ran 13 times for 28 yards in the 48-24 win over BYU.

7. QB Chase Daniel, Sr. Missouri
Daniel completed 32-of-40 passes for 328 yards and two touchdowns with an interception in the 52-20 win over Iowa State two weeks ago. He faces Kansas this week.

8. RB Javon Ringer, Sr. Michigan State
Ringer was held to 42 yards and a touchdown on 17 carries in the 49-18 loss to Penn State.

WR Michael Crabtree, Soph. Texas Tech
Crabtree caught six passes for 62 yards in the 65-21 loss to Texas Tech.

EMU’s Tyler Jones and Jacory Stone combined for 35 catches for 337 yards and three touchdowns in a losing cause against Temple. Also, Tulane RB Tarrion Adams ran 33 times for 323 yards and a touchdown in the 56-7 win over Tulane.
